Occurrence

This error occurs when attempting to open a TAB file linked to a Surface Grid.

This issue is due to MapInfo Pro not being able to find your grid handler files. This can occur for two
reasons:

1. If MapInfo Pro has been upgraded or patched on the computer, the grid handlers may have been lost.

Reinstall the Encom application (the licence will be unaffected).

2.The grid handlers may not turned on.
